We’re Building in the City - Tree PONG I

Tree PONG is designed as an ultra-accessible project. During the first phase, we created a variety of different things that we’d love to share with you here. Some of the projects were made from leftover wood, while others were crafted directly from the timber of a fallen tree from the Isar River.

Pasta pasta pasta…

With a family, we built three tables, one of which needed to be especially sturdy because we’re going to put a pasta machine on it—so it definitely needs to stand strong while in use. Kids 1 and 2 also joined in and built a table with us!

Minecraft or something like that?

Some kids wanted to build things we weren’t familiar with, and out of ignorance, we just lumped them into the Minecraft universe.

Shrine – in the making

You can’t just find a shrine for sale on every corner. That’s why we built one right here in our open woodshop. The project isn’t quite finished yet, but it’s looking pretty promising!

Ninjago Bank

This super sturdy bench was later given a Ninjago-style makeover.

The Birdhouse

Vivikshana built a birdhouse with Jonas, and then they even painted it! You definitely need something like that in a city full of hustle and bustle!
