We are building in the city - Tree PONG I
At Tree PONG I we built all sorts of things from wood. Here is a small overview of the projects that came into being.
Tree PONG is conceived as an ultra low-threshold project. During the course of the first project phase, many different things emerged, which we’d like to present here. Some of the projects were built from leftover wood, others were built directly from the wood of a fallen Isar tree.
Pasta pasta pasta...
With a family we built three tables; one should be especially sturdy, because a pasta machine will stand on it—of course the suitable table must be sturdy during operation. Child 1 and 2 then also built a table with us.
Minecraft or something?
Some children wanted to build things we didn’t know and, out of ignorance, we categorized them as part of the Minecraft cosmos.
Shrine – in progress
A shrine isn’t something you can buy at every corner. So we simply built it in our open wood workshop. The project isn’t quite finished yet, but it looks very promising!
Ninjago Bank
This very sturdy bank was later styled in a Ninjago style.
The birdhouse
Vivikshana built a birdhouse with Jonas, which she also painted. That’s exactly something you can use in Messestadt!
